COVID-19 Information & Protocols for Patients & Visitors

We are excited to be able to reopen & provide quality dental care for you & your families.

Here are some of the changes that you will see at our office:

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please ring doorbell for entry. At that time you will be asked for COVID-19 related questionnaire & we will unlock our front door for you to enter. By keeping the main door locked this will aid us with physical distancing measures & patient/visitor traffic flow.
  • We will be wearing additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This may include gowns & face shields etc. depending on the type of appointment.
  • We ask all visitors/patients to wear a mask in the common areas or until you are seated in an exam room for treatment.
  • We are not able to accept walk-ins, as we have in the past. All appointments must be scheduled via phone/email.
  • Appointment times have been staggered to allow for physical distancing.
  • An industrial air purifying system will enhance air quality in every operatory.
  • Advanced cleaning protocol will take place after each patient.
  • Temperature checks will be performed upon your arrival
  • Hygiene will be providing ultrasonic and polishing services, but with hygienists wearing high level PPE for protection and Surgically clean air, Cascade White, highest level air filtration system in the treatment room. Fallow time between patients will be enforced to allow air decontamination
